Welcome to the latest system update for Amazfit T-Rex 3.
If your watch is currently running version 4.3.8.2, this update fixes an issue with daily activity calorie calculation.
If your watch version is earlier than 4.3.8.2, this update brings additional features and improvements. Details are as follows:
1. Added new metrics: Equivalent Pace and Average Equivalent Pace
(Path: Outdoor Running / Trail Running > Workout Settings > More > Data Pages > Pace > Equivalent Pace / Average Equivalent Pace).
2. Optimized the performance of the Terrain Map app and the workout track page, delivering noticeably smoother rotation when changing direction.
3. Added voice memo recording during workouts, with playback available in workout records in the Zepp App
(Path: During workout > Long-press DOWN > Finish recording)*.
4. Indoor Cycling now supports speed sensors, cadence sensors, and power meters, and allows manual distance input after the workout.
5. The HYROX Race workout now supports Stryd sensors, enabling Stryd-based pace data during workouts and in workout records. The workout timeline in the Zepp App now also displays HYROX Zone time.
6. Updated the default navigation view during workouts to “Advance up”, aligning the route direction with your actual movement**.
7. Improved the screenshot feature, allowing screenshots to be taken even when the watch is not connected to a phone, with up to 20 images stored temporarily.
8. Improved the sensitivity and distance accuracy of turn reminders during route navigation.
9. Zepp Coach now supports adjusting the remaining workouts for the current week and skipping today’s workout with one tap.
10. Optimized the altitude algorithm during workouts.
11. Updated the segment count display on the lap alert page during workouts.
12. Fixed an issue that could cause display abnormalities when starting a workout.
13. Optimized imperial unit display rules in route navigation: distances < 0.1 mile are shown in feet, while distances ≥ 0.1 mile are shown in miles.
14. Fixed other known issues to further enhance system stability.
*This feature is available only in countries/regions where Zepp Flow is supported and is not available for fishing or underwater sports (such as freediving).
** If you have previously changed the navigation view (Path: Workout > Navigation > Navigation Settings > Navigation View), your custom setting will remain. The new “Advance up” default applies only if no adjustments were made. Staying on the navigation page for an extended period may slightly increase battery consumption.
