Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for exchange (with the same product order).

To be eligible for exchange:

  • For defective devices: we offer 1-year support and warranty. For more details connect with our customer care.
  • For devices without any defects: **your item shouldn't be open i.e. it should be in a sealed box - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any seal damage box will not be eligible for return.  

To start an exchange, you can contact us at help@amazfitindia.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
- Any order that has not been delivered, but has been marked as delivered by the delivery partner, shall be reported within twenty-four (24) hours in order to initiate a complaint with said delivery partner. 

 

Terms and Conditions for Refurbished Products

  • - Product Warranty: The product comes with a warranty valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • - Minor Scratches: The product may have minor scratches due to normal wear and tear.
  • - Strap Condition: The strap of the product is in good condition.
  • - Return Policy: We do not accept returns on this product, you can exchange them.
  • - Exchange Policy: In case you are not satisfied with the product, you may exchange it within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • - Battery Performance: The battery performance of the product is 3-5 days.
