How can I extend the battery life of my Amazfit T-Rex 3?

To extend battery life, enable Battery Saver Mode, reduce screen brightness, disable continuous heart rate monitoring, limit notifications, and use Clock Mode. Adjust Always On Display settings to reduce its active time.
