How do I track my menstrual cycle on the watch?

To track your cycle, open the Cycles app on the watch and enter your most recent period start date, duration, and cycle length. The watch will then provide predictions for your next period, fertile windows, and ovulation days. You can also set reminders in the Zepp app to receive notifications on your watch at 9:00 PM before your period is predicted to start.
