How does the Helio Strap track my sleep, and what is 'Assist Sleep Monitoring'?

The Helio Strap automatically records your sleep information, including night sleep and naps, based on your sleep plan or a default period. Enabling 'Assist Sleep Monitoring' in the Zepp App provides more detailed sleep data, such as REM sleep stages.
