How does the Helio Strap track stress levels, and what are the relax reminders?

The Helio Strap calculates stress levels based on changes in heart rate variability, measuring stress every 5 minutes when automatic stress monitoring is enabled. If your stress level remains above a set limit for 10 minutes in a quiet state, the device will send a relax reminder.
