What are Morning Updates on the Amazfit Balance 2 and how do I customize them?

Morning Updates provide a daily summary of weather, workout status, health data, and personal affairs. Enable or disable this feature under Settings > Preferences > Morning Updates on the watch, or in the Zepp app under Device > Amazfit Balance 2 > Device Settings > Morning Updates. You can also customize the content and order of information displayed.
