What are Morning Updates on the Amazfit Bip 6 and how do I customize them?

Morning Updates provide a daily summary of weather, workout status, health data, and personal affairs. Enable/disable it in Settings > Preferences > Morning Updates on the watch, or Device > Amazfit Bip 6 > Device Settings > Morning Updates in the Zepp app. Customize the content and order in Content Settings.
