What does the SWOLF score mean in my swimming data?
SWOLF is a score used to measure your swimming efficiency by adding the time and number of strokes taken to complete a single pool length. A lower SWOLF score indicates that you are swimming faster and more efficiently with fewer strokes. The watch automatically calculates this for freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly styles.
