What should I do if I get a new phone and want to pair it with my Amazfit Balance 2?

First, unpair the watch from your old phone via the Zepp app (Device > Amazfit Balance 2 > Unpair). If you have an iPhone, also unpair it in the Bluetooth settings (Settings > Bluetooth > [Watch Name] > Ignore This Device).
