To pair with a new phone, first unpair the watch from your old phone via the Zepp app (Device > Amazfit Active 2 (Round) > Unpair). On iPhones, also unpair in Bluetooth settings (Settings > Bluetooth > [Device Name] > Ignore This Device). Then, restore the watch to factory settings and pair it with your new phone as if it were a first-time setup.
