Why doesn't the Bip Max come with a charging cable?
Amazfit excludes a USB-C cable from the box as part of a sustainability initiative to reduce electronic waste. While the magnetic charging base is included, the company assumes most users already own compatible USB-C cables. If you do not have one, you can contact their customer support for assistance.
