Why is my Amazfit Cheetah 2 Ultra not turning on?

If your watch will not turn on, it may need to be charged; connect it to the charging puck and wait for the screen to respond. To power on the device, press and hold the power button located on the bottom right side. If it still fails, ensure the charging contacts are clean and dry.
