Why is my heart rate sensor giving inaccurate readings?

Inaccurate measurements can occur if the watch is worn directly on the wrist joint or if external factors like tattoos and arm hair interfere with the sensors. Ensure the watch is positioned one finger away from the carpal bone and keep your arm still during blood oxygen measurements.
